Our care services are operating as normal and you find their contact details here.
We want to reassure you that we aim to deliver the best possible care in the current COVID-19 outbreak. In this difficult time, our foremost concerns are the personal health and safety of our customers, families, and our staff. That’s why the government has asked us all to take sensible steps to slow its spread and we are following that advice.
It is important that you continue to follow advice from NHS Inform and let us know if you experience symptoms or are self-isolating so we can manage your visits safely.
Everyone should remember the FACTS guidance:
F - Face coverings. These should be used in shops and on public transport (buses, trains and taxis)
A - Avoid crowded places.
C - Clean your hands frequently, using water & soap whenever possible.
T - Two metres - observe physical distancing.
S - Self-isolate and book a test if you are suffering from COVID-19 symptoms.
Remember, if you have symptoms or have been diagnosed with the virus we need to know so we can manage this. To Report a diagnosis or symptoms of Covid19 please contact us as soon as possible. Our contact details can be found here.
Get Online with CleverCogs
If you need any help to get online we can support you. We can set up an internet connection, provide a device and give you training and support. Get in touch with your care manager or housing officer if you want to request this.
Your CleverCogs device is a great tool to keep in touch with family and friends through video calling during times of self-isolation. Remember we can help you connect if you need support to do this. You can contact your care team or your digital coach to help.
CleverCogs is also directly linked to NHS Inform so you can easily access all the latest advice. You can also use your CleverCogs device to use the Near Me video tool to speak to your doctor or consultant if they are using this tool.
