New Customer Service Team / one phone number coming soon!
We have listened to your feedback and always strive to improve our services to you and are delighted to announce our new Customer Services Centre will go live very soon.
What this means for you
There will be one contact number for all services. This single phone number will replace all our individual location numbers across Scotland, for all customer enquiries. Customers will be able to talk to someone about their tenancy, raise a repair or talk to our care services simply by calling 0131 317 7227 which is Blackwood's existing mainline number.
Customer Service Centre
Our newly established Customer Service Team's key aim is to improve our customer service and satisfaction by answering phone calls effectively at first point of contact. Over the next six months we will also introduce enhanced features to provide customers with a range of flexible contact methods including CleverCogs, social media, email, SMS & WhatsApp as examples.
