Crossroads Place is situated in the heart of Rosyth, just to the north of the Forth Bridge and close to the M90.
Completed in 1994, the development consists of a bungalow and eight flats, of which five properties have been designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have gas heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems. Garden ground at Crossroads Place is maintained by the Tenant Group. The road into the development has been adopted by Fife Council.
Blackwood has an arrangement with the local authority whereby a tenant who feels vulnerable may have their home linked to the community alarm system.
