This development is located mainly in Clyde Street but also takes in properties in three adjoining streets: Swan Street, Tay Street and Ward Street. Completed in 1992, the development consists of 20 houses and flats, 6 of which have been designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have gas heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems. Tenants who feel that they may be vulnerable can have their homes linked into the local authority Community Alarm system.
