Our person centred approach means ensuring that all care plans fully take into account your expressed preferences. We encourage you to decide how you wish to live. That could be in your own home, living permanently within one of our care homes or during a period of respite. Our staff will support you with your choices and decisions to ensure that you live your life in the way that is right for you.
