In Blackwood we have a range of ways that we measure how well we are doing with all our services. It is important for us to know that we are providing good quality for our customers, so we monitor things like customer satisfaction and service response times throughout the year.
In October each year we publish our Customer Report. This report tells all our customers how Blackwood has performed in the previous financial year – both in relation to the Scottish Social Housing Charter and to the National Care Standards. We have involved our customers in writing the report. This means the content and format has been tailored to what our customers have said is of most interest.
