Care comes in all different shapes and sizes

Broom Court customer

We know care.  We also know that care will mean something different for each person. That’s why we specialise in flexible and personalised services chosen by and for the individual.

Care Home

Our care homes provide 24 hour support in modern, cosy environments. Our staff are cheerful, highly trained and passionate about providing care. Our team have worked in our homes for a number of years and know our residents well with established trusted relationships. We have actively developed our services to increasingly promote choice, independence, citizen rights and community involvement.

Respite and Short Break

Our respite service is to allow carers some peace of mind, knowing their loved one is being cared for while they have a well-deserved break. We can provide respite in your home or one of our homes. We even offer escorted holidays for the more independent individuals who want to travel. Respite can also be used for people who are unsure whether or not they wish to move to a nursing home on a permanent basis so taking a short break in one is a good way of helping you to decide.

Care at Home and Housing Support

Our care at home service provides dignified personal support for everyday activities in relation to personal care needs. Our staff understand the importance of providing an individual and personalised service to support people with all aspects of their daily care needs, such as getting in and out of bed, bathing and dressing. We can also help with any grooming needs including dental hygiene.

Our housing support service provides assistance with the day-to-day tasks that are required in maintaining the general housekeeping of your home, including support with cleaning, laundry, shopping and cooking, However, we seek to ensure that everyone’s independence is maintained at all times, meaning that our staff do tasks with our customers rather than for or to them - maximising independence, choice, control and flexibility, whilst providing consistent and positive help and support.

We’re here for you, whatever you need.
