We’re inviting tenants to join us at two Conversation Cafés this August and help shape Blackwood’s new Tenant Participation Strategy.
Following our recent Tenant Participation Survey, we’ve been looking at what tenants told us and the issues that matter most. Our Conversation Cafés are the next step- bringing tenants and our Housing team together to share what we heard, talk through the key themes and, importantly, ask: have we heard you right?
It’s an opportunity to tell us whether we’ve understood what matters most to you, discuss the findings with other tenants and help us identify the priorities we should focus on as we develop the new strategy.
You don’t need to have completed the survey to take part. All tenants are welcome to come along, meet the Housing team and your neighbours, share your views and help shape the future of our Housing services.
