We launched our new 3-year Housing Strategy in 2016, using the feedback gathered from our 2016 tenant survey to inform our plans. We identified the key priorities for the 3 year of the housing strategy to include:
• Continue investing in our properties by maintaining the levels of planned and cyclical maintenance.
• Develop a range of services to support our customers to continue to live well and independently at home.
• Improve opportunities to engage with Blackwood to inform what we do and support people to boost their health and well being.
