Recently, we have seen an increase in the number of empty homes we manage and many of them require extensive repairs.
Because of this, we will be pausing our non-emergency repairs service for a short while to help manage the amount of outstanding works. Any non-emergency repairs reported during this time will be subject to a delay of up to 8 weeks.
During this time, we will:
- Carry out emergency repairs, including repairs to heating and hot water systems
- Prepare empty homes for re-letting
- Make changes to improve the customer service you receive
- Carry out tidy up works to our developments such as landscaping and preparing for the winter weather

You can still report a non-emergency repair during this time by calling 0131 317 7227 or emailing email@example.com. We will keep a record of your request and issue it to one of our contractors after the pause is complete.
