Our dedicated staff, stationed centrally, engage with customers via video calls through the CleverCogs™ interface. In certain circumstances and based on agreed service levels, our team can provide physical responses within a close geographical area.

During emergencies or when in-person support is necessary, our central team will communicate with on-the-ground staff and emergency services, ensuring rapid deployment of assistance. Clear protocols are in place for escalating emergencies, contacting relevant services, and providing immediate aid until help arrives.
