Blackwood in Bloom 2019 Enter Now!

Blackwood is delighted to announce the launch of our gardening competition, Blackwood in Bloom 2019. The competition is free to enter for all Blackwood customers.

Many of Blackwood’s customers take great pride in their gardens, hanging baskets and window boxes and we feel it is important to acknowledge this and to encourage others to get involved.

It is not only a great opportunity to brighten up your home and make your development  look tip top, it is also a chance to socialise with people of a similar interest and to make the most of the hopefully pleasant summer weather.

Do you have a prize winning garden, or know someone who does? Don’t worry if you don’t have a garden area as such; you can also enter a garden pot, container, hanging basket or window box too.

There will be three categories:

  • Best individual garden
  • Best contained floral display
  • Best community garden group

Judges will look for a variety of colours, a good mixture of plants, innovative ideas, creativity and team work. Judging will take place in August and there will be a variety of great prizes up for grabs for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place of each category.

Closing date for submissions is May 30th and a team from Blackwood will visit to film your garden in June/July.

If you are interested in entering in the Blackwood in Bloom Garden Competition, simply complete the entry form:
