Care and Support Services  

Raeden Court has been registered with the Care Commission since August 2004 to provide a combined Supported Accommodation and Housing Support Service.

Public Transport 

Local taxi firms have vehicles adapted to accommodate wheelchair users and there are good local bus services with bus stops close by. There are many amenities and services available in this area. For more information on topics such as public transport, schools and leisure please visit the Aberdeen City Council website and/or the UpMyStreet website.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Raeden is managed from Blackwood's Aberdeen and Edinburgh Offices. The Maintenance Department is based in our Edinburgh Office. A handyman is available on weekdays to carry out day-to-day maintenance and offer advice to both residents and tenants. At other times defects can be reported to the Duty Manager, who will arrange emergency repairs if required.
