Tenant Consultation: Rent Review 2026/27

Each year, Blackwood Homes and Care asks all tenants for feedback on proposed rent changes for the year ahead. Your opinion is important and will help our Board make a final decision on the rent increase for 2026/27.

This year’s consultation focuses on the investment needed to meet Scotland’s Social Housing Net Zero Standard. This includes improving the energy efficiency of our homes through upgrades such as insulation, windows, doors, and low-carbon heating systems.

By taking part in this short survey, you can tell us which rent increase option you prefer and share any comments you may have. Your feedback will be carefully considered before the final decision is made in January 2026.
