Each year, Blackwood Homes and Care asks all tenants for feedback on proposed rent changes for the year ahead. Your opinion is important and will help our Board make a final decision on the rent increase for 2026/27.
This year’s consultation focuses on the investment needed to meet Scotland’s Social Housing Net Zero Standard. This includes improving the energy efficiency of our homes through upgrades such as insulation, windows, doors, and low-carbon heating systems.
