Our care at home service is entirely focused on you,  delivering personalised care and housing support in the comfort and familiarity of your own home. Whether you need a little help or more regular support, we tailor our service to your needs, routines, and preferences, helping you stay independent and live life to the full.

What makes us unique?

Our care provision is enhanced with our bespoke digital system, CleverCogs™.

CleverCogs is a digital system we provide to our customers with a touch screen home hub tablet device.They enable people to stay in touch with friends and family, even video chatting with them. They can catch up on their interests, access information they want to see and receive convenient reminders of any appointments, care visits or medication they need to take. It enables us to build a personailised care package around the individual taking into account both formal and informal care needs.

The system works across all aspects of an individual’s care, housing and support needs. Currently the system features Care Support, Safety Measures, Home Automation, Access to the Internet, Digital Inclusion as well as Health & Wellbeing.
