Blackwood’s Board comprises 12 members. The Board is responsible for agreeing the strategic direction. The Board and its three committees (diagram below) monitor performance, risks and ensure that the business is financially sustainable.

Senior Management Team
Blackwood's Senior Management Team are responsible for the strategic direction of the organisation and are answerable to the Board of Directors. The team works with our Board to provide strategic focus while ensuring that we put our customers at the heart of what we do.
